Below is a link to the APA in the QCA's local Bylaws.  Read these Bylaws carefully and keep them with your team manual as they will help to answer many questions which may come up during League play.  These Bylaws have been read and approved by the American Poolplayers Association.  The local Bylaws are a secondary source of information created in accordance with and in addition to the Official Team Manual.  The Bylaws may be updated from time to time by the League Operator as appropriate.
