- The APA wants beginning players and novices. No other organization in pool gives ordinary players a chance to win a share of the more than $1 million guaranteed cash and prizes paid out through its national tournaments.
- 75% of APA members are beginner to intermediate players, meaning you don't have to be a Pool Pro to play.
- Teams consist of 5-8 players...form your own or we'd be more than happy to help you find a team to join.
- You choose your game and division. Currently we are scheduling Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8-Ball Open Leagues and Thursday 9-Ball Open Leagues. Call to get signed up for your night out.
- We offer Leagues at many host locations throughout the Quad Cities.
- The Equilizer® handicap system allows players of all abilities to compete on an equal level.
- Men and women welcome at all levels of competition.
- APA membership makes a weekly fun night out for friends, families, and coworkers.
- APA membership costs just $20 (plus sales tax if applicable). Members qualify for play in sanctioned APA Leagues and League Tournaments wherever an organized APA League is active.

All Incentive awards listed above will become “Official” once the Team/Division has played 4 weeks and all associated fees are current. Awards will be given to the players who actually recruit the new players. Teams in a new division will not include transfer teams from other divisions. Incentives will only be awarded once per session based on 5th week rosters.
*Lodging will be Monday – Thursday in conjunction with APA National Events in April or August.
